OMNIC Green 
Factory Overview

OMNIC opened its in-house manufacturing facility in 2022. The factory currently spans over 4,000 square meters and has a full production cycle, including extensive capabilities in metalwork, painting, assembling, branding, and packaging. Its production capacity exceeds 10,000 modules per year, and our logistics allow us to deliver parcel lockers worldwide.

100% of  power consumption is covered by renewable energy sources

OMNIC Factory is unique because it uses renewable energy, which covers 100% of its power consumption due to the 2,500 square meters combined area of solar panels. Our solar infrastructure generates 0.5 MW of energy, providing enough electricity for manufacturing.

Natural Lighting for Energy Efficiency

OMNIC Factory features a transparent roof designed to maximize the use of natural sunlight. It significantly reduces the need for artificial lighting, cutting down on electricity consumption and minimizing our carbon footprint. By employing specially designed racking systems, we eliminate the need for protective plastic coverings, thereby reducing waste. During the first year, we made OMNIC Factory 50% off-grid by installing solar panels.

1,000 solar pannels with a power capacity of 605kW of direct current (DC) and 500 kW of alternating current (AC). This guaranteed the production of 850MWh of energy for the first year.

The "6th Generation of Software" represents the pinnacle of evolution in parcel locker management technology. Each generation of software has added critical functionalities that cumulatively define a comprehensive ecosystem that dramatically enhances operational efficiency and user experience.

Lock Management
