We create self-service solutions for people to save time for the things that really matter
Omnic is an international R&D company that has been creating automation and self-service solutions for logistics, retail, e-commerce, and HoReCa since 2012. We have expertise not only in product ideation and development but also its continuous management and scaling.
We believe in customer experience excellence that grows from scientific and engineering approaches to product development, design, and implementation. We care about every one of our clients and meet their comprehensive solutions, thereby contributing to their revenue growth.

Omnic Story
Back in 2012, the company’s co-founders were attending an e-commerce expo in Dubai. Upon their visit to Atlantis, an automated lockers draw their attention. Once Omnic’s co-founders had extensive experience in logistics and e-commerce industries, they came up with an idea for their own product.
A deep knowledge of the most common problems and pain points consumers encounter within these industries allowed the co-founders to devise the first parcel locker.

The same year, the production of the first Omnic parcel locker took place at the company’s engineering laboratory. Being inspired by the best practices used for development of Ferrari Testarossa, the team decided to get product design into their sharp focus to develop quality solutions for last-mile delivery, e-commerce, and retail .

Once the co-founders were understanding that CIS-located tech and engineering specialists have a high level of qualification, Omnic eventually focused on the development of robust and sophisticated technologies. The company decided to engage in a full production and development cycle to entirely own the process from ideation to launch and scaling different products.

In 2015, the company onboarded the first client: BNP Paribas Group. Omnic developed and implemented the first parcel locker networks for a large corporate client. But it was just the beginning.

In 2017, Omnic’s CPO introduced the first open parcel locker network in UC Berkeley. Even though parcel lockers were the main priority, the product line significantly expanded: vending machines, self-checkout kiosks, street food pick-up points, robots for 3PL delivery companies, and more than 15 of other solutions.
For the UC Berkeley project, the company united the experience of developing different products into one solution: OmniHub – All-in-one self-service station that includes parcel locker, coffee station, compartment for dry cleaning, and vending.

Even though Omnic was using its engineering laboratory for addressing its internal purposes like product iteration and testing, the company has successfully launched more than 20 000 devices across the world.

In 2018, the company introduced a new business model –Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS). This business model appeared to be extremely popular with biggest industry players like IKEA, Rozetka, and others. The IaaS model enabled Omnic to reach an effective ROI period for its parcel lockers — 18 months.
For the six consecutive years, Omnc were iterating and testing various products to reach business and tech achievements:
• Ensured longevity and low maintainability of all products.
• Elaborated upon delivery of frictionless customer experience.
• Developed devices with the low cost of ownership.

In 2019, the company built the largest parcel locker in the world consisting of 1,182 compartments. If to turn this parcel locker on its side, it will be as high as the Eiffel Tower. It’s not a surprise that the company was awarded with the Guinness world record and got Officially Amazing status.

In 2020-2022, the company scaled its own manufacturing facility and launched 6,000 parcel lockers for the open network integrated with 30,000 Internet shops and e-commerce platforms.

In 2022, the company entirely exited from CIS market.
In partnership with GIG Group, Omnic opened a carbon-neutral factory in Georgia that works totally on renewable energy and according to the 5S standard. In such a way, Omnic ensures that it contributes to sustainable development not only with parcel lockers but also with the way they’re produced.

The same year, the company launched three B2G projects with a parcel lockers network and was and offered a partnership with Intel.

In 2023, Omnic started its expansion on the markets of the European Union, MENA, and Asia. The company opened its offices in Latvia, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Georgia, and the United States.

Also, Omnic launched its open parcel lockers networks in Thailand, Israel, and Saudi Arabia.
